All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time, including limited drop releases.

Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual property
All content on mogol.ca — including logos, product images, copy, and design — is the property of MOGOL and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability
MOGOL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or any products purchased. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
